How it works

Before the class begins, each member logs on at the touch screen, to calculate the individual intensity zones. Every indivudal straps on a chestbelt with a unique number. Heart rate data is wirelessly transmitted from the chestbelt and visualized on a personal gauge on a widescreen. The data is anonymously presented on the widescreen, providing the most valuable guidance for both members and the instructor. In this way each participant has a personal gauge that shows the heart rate in real time.

But why write about it when you can see it for yourself - view the podcast below from Activio's showcase at FIBO 2008.
